Spectator Terms and Conditions
本规则自公示之日起生效，任何人员进入赛事现场或参与赛事相关活动，即视为已阅读、理解并自愿遵守全部规则，并代表任何随行未成年人（或无能力给予同意者）同意和遵守以下观赛规则：
These Rules shall take effect as of the date of public announcement. Any person who enters the event venue or participates in event-related activities shall be deemed to have read, understood and voluntarily complied with all the Rules, and shall represent any accompanying minors (or persons incapable of giving consent) to accept and abide by the following admission and viewing rules.
(1) 本赛事需实名制持票或通行证入场。观赛人请携带与所持门票/通行证实名信息对应的本人身份证件原件验证入场。预检及检票时出示身份证件原件，经人脸验证后入场。未携带本人身份证件原件的观赛人，须经现场身份实名核验通过后入场。
Spectator shall hold a ticket or pass to enter the Tournament venue in real name. The real-name information registered under spectator’s ticket/pass shall correspond to the spectator’s original personal ID certificate presented before entering the venue. Spectator will be required to show his/her original ID at pre-check and ticket inspection points, followed by facial recognition verification for admission. Spectator who fails to bring his/her original ID certificate must pass on-site identity verification before being granted entry.
(2) 观赛人须随时按照赛事组织方的要求出示门票或通行证。
This ticket or pass must be displayed by the spectator at all times per the requirement of the Tournament organisers.
(3) 观赛人仅允许进入指定公共区域，除球员和赛事官方指定人员，不得进入仅限球员进入的任何赛事区域。严禁阻塞通道、出入口、在非指定区域聚集或试图进入限制区域。严禁攀爬赛事场地的围墙、围栏、看台、电视塔和建筑物或任何其他永久或临时结构物。
Spectator shall only be allowed to access the areas designated for public access. Except for players and persons designated by the Tournament, spectators shall not enter any Tournament area restricted to player access. The obstruction of access ways, entrances, exits, congregating in non-designated areas or seeking entry to restricted areas is strictly prohibited. The climbing of walls, fences, grandstands, television towers and buildings or any other permanent or temporary structures at the Tournament venue is strictly prohibited.
(4) 未成年人入场观赛须取得其法定代理人同意。陪同未成年人入场的成年人须对未成年人负责（包括未成年人的人身和财产安全），看护、管理和约束其陪同入场的未成年人并使其遵守本观赛规则。
Minor shall enter the Tournament venue with prior consent from his/her legal representative. Minor’s accompanying adult shall be liable for the minor (including the minor’s physical and property safety), and shall take custody of, manage and restrict the minor and procure the minor to adhere to these Spectator Terms and Conditions.
(5) 严禁转售、转赠门票/通行证。
The ticket /pass must not be re-sold, nor given to other persons.
(6) 严禁将门票/通行证用于广告、宣传或任何商业目的。
The ticket/pass must not be used for advertising, promotional or any commercial purposes.
(7) 门票/通行证如有丢失、被盗、损毁、复制或伪造，赛事组织方概不负责，且可拒绝兑票及拒绝入场。
The Tournament organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated or counterfeit tickets/passes and may refuse to honour such tickets and the corresponding holder’s admission.
(8) 观赛人须遵守赛事场地标识以及赛事组织方官方人员、代表的所有规则、规定、公告和指示。任何人员如有以下情形，其门票/通行证将被收回，且可能被拒绝进入赛事场地和/或被驱离赛事场地：
The spectator must comply with all rules, regulations, announcements and instructions displayed at the Tournament venue or given by the officials and representatives of the Tournament organisers. Any person will have his/her ticket/pass withdrawn, and may be refused admission to and/or removed from the Tournament venue if he/she:
· 违反任何场地或赛事的健康、安全和/或安保限制或政策，或拒绝听从授权人员的指示；
violates any venue or Tournament health, safety and/or security restrictions or policies, or refuses to follow the instructions of authorized personnel;
· 使用他人身份信息入场者；
enters the venue with others’ ID;
· 使用粗口/侮辱性语言或猥亵举止，或做出其他不当、干扰性或非法行为；
uses foul/abusive language or obscene gestures, or otherwise engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal behaviour; or
· 现场携带、展示或散播任何不恰当的或有政治动机的信息、物品及材料；
brings, presents or disseminates any inappropriate or politically motivated information, objects or materials to or at the venue;
· 实施或开展赛事组织方合理认为通常会干扰高尔夫比赛的行为或活动；或
performs or carries out any conduct or act that is reasonably deemed by Tournament organizers a usual interference to golf games;
· 违反任何适用法律法规，或本规则的任何规定。
breaches any applicable laws or regulations, or any of these Terms and Conditions.
(9) 观赛人携带入场的所有物品均需接受检查。不得携带任何违禁或危险物品，包括但不限于：
All items brought into the venue by the spectator are subject to inspection. The spectator will be asked to remove any prohibited or dangerous items which includes, but is not limited to:
· 激光指示器；
Laser pointers;
· 氢气球；
Helium balloons;
· 武器；
Weapons;
· 球棒、球杆、长棍、尖锐物、金属质尖头长伞等易造成人身伤害的物品；
Baffies, shafts, long sticks, sharp item, long umbrellas with metal end tips and other items that may easily cause injuries;
· 易燃易爆物品（如鞭炮）、打火机、火柴等点火器具；
Flammable and explosive items (e.g. firecrackers), lighters, matches and other ignition devices;
· 对讲机、各类扩音器具（含各类喇叭）；
Walkie-talkies, all kinds of amplification equipment (including all kinds of speakers);
· 宠物/动物（除导盲犬以外）；导盲犬须时刻栓有系绳并在主人的看管下；
Pets/animals (excluding guide dogs); guide dogs must be kept on a leash under the supervision of their owners at all times;
· 无人机；
Drones;
· 任何广告、商业、政治或宗教物品等，如横幅、展板、标志或传单;
Any advertising, commercial, political or religious items whatsoever, such as banners, boards, symbols or fliers;
· 赛事组织方规定的其它物品。
Other items as required by the Tournament organizers.
(10) 严禁在赛事进行期间向参赛球员索取签名。严禁使用任何其他可能干扰或刺激参赛球员和/或其他观众的设备。
Do not ask for autographs from participating players while the Tournament is in progress. Any other devices which may distract or cause irritation to participating players and/or other spectators are strictly prohibited.
(11) 穿着高跟鞋、拖鞋、牛仔裤、圆领汗衫、背心等不符合高尔夫礼仪的服装者将被禁止入场。
Spectator wearing high heels, slippers, jeans, T-shirts, vests or other clothing not consistent with the golf etiquette is not allowed for entry.
(12) 严禁在场地内部或周围1公里内使用无人机（遥控飞机）。
The use of drones (remotely piloted aircraft) at the venue or within 1km around the venue is strictly prohibited.
(13) 严禁在场地內使用除婴儿车和轮椅之外的任何代步工具，如平衡车、滑板、滑板车、儿童自行车、旱冰鞋等。
The use of any mobility devices other than strollers and wheelchairs in the venue is strictly prohibited, such as the use of balance bikes, skateboards, scooters, children's bicycles, roller skates, etc.
(14) 严禁在场地内使用私人交通工具。
The use of personal transportation devices in the venue is strictly prohibited.
(15) 移动设备须始终处于关机或静音状态；不得使用闪光灯。
Mobile devices must be turned off or on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
(16) 除赛事官方指定人员，在整个赛事周期间，仅可在指定区域使用移动设备拍录视频、音频和照片（“内容”）。内容只能用于个人目的（如个人社交媒体）；不得用于商业用途。
Mobile devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (“Content”) in designated areas only throughout Tournament week, unless the user is designated by the Tournament officials. Content may be used for personal purposes only (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
(17) 除赛事官方指定人员，互动区以外地区不得进行现场直播或实时报道（例如，不得进行逐镜报道）。
No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage) on areas other than the interactive village, unless from persons designated by Tournament officials.
(18) 在整个赛事周期间，可在所有区域使用数据（如发短信）。
Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout Tournament week.
(19) 仅可在指定区域内打电话。
Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
(20) 赛事组织方可酌情更改赛事的举办日期和时间（以及开放的出入口）。
The date and time of the Tournament (and the opening of the gates) are subject to change by the Tournament organisers in their sole discretion.
(21) 观赛人不可撤销地授权赛事组织方、LPGA及各自的关联方和被授权方将赛事中拍摄到的观赛人的形象、肖像、声音、行动和言论出于任何目的用于任何媒体，包括但不限于现场直播、社交媒体、录像、照片，包括现在已知或今后开发的任何及所有媒体（全部或部分），无需另行授权或补偿，并放弃与此类使用相关的所有索赔和潜在索赔，除非法律禁止。
The spectator grants irrevocable permission to the Tournament organisers, the LPGA and their respective affiliates and licensees to use the spectator’s image, likeness, voice, actions and statements captured at the Tournament in any medium, including without limitation, live telecast, social media, video recording or photograph in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (in whole or in part) for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law.
(22) 赛事场地如出现任何财产损失或人身伤害，在法律允许的范围内，赛事组织方概不负责。观赛人自愿承担因出席赛事及相关活动而可能遭受的任何风险或危险，包括但不限于受到高尔夫球或高尔夫车的攻击、掉落在高尔夫球场或周围区域的任何物体、感染病毒或疾病、第三方的行为，并在此免除赛事组织方、LPGA及所有参与赛事举办的单位或个人（包括参赛球员），及各自的代表、继承人、受让人、血亲，因观赛人出席赛事而遭受的人身损害、死亡、个人或其他资产设备的损失而招致的责任。
The Tournament organisers do not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to property or injury to person in the Tournament venue, to the extent not prohibited by law. The spectator voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to attending the Tournament and related activities, including without limitation, being struck by misdirected golf balls or golf carts, any falls on the Tournament golf course and surrounding areas, infection of any virus or disease, and actions of third parties, and hereby releases and holds harmless the Tournament organisers, the LPGA and any and all entities and individuals involved in the staging of the Tournament (including the participating players) from all liability to the spectator, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of personal injury, death, or loss or damage to personal, private, or other property and equipment, resulting from or arising out of spectator’s attendance at the Tournament.
(23) 赛事现场无寄存处，请自行保管所携带的物品并对个人物品的安全负责，谨防贵重物品丢失。
No luggage storage is available at the Tournament venue. Please keep your belongings under your own custody. Safekeeping your personal belongings is your own responsibility, including protecting your valuables against any loss.
(24) 赛事组织方可酌情不时修订本观赛规则，无需另行通知观赛人。
These Spectator Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Tournament organisers without notice to spectators.
(25) 所有观众参与赛事官方球员签名互动活动，仅可在赛事官方划定的指定专属区域内进行。参与活动期间，全体观众必须严格遵守赛事现场秩序管理规定，服从现场工作人员及安保人员的统一引导、调度与管理，不得拥挤、推搡、喧哗、随意滞留、插队或实施其他扰乱现场秩序的行为，共同维护安全、有序的活动环境。
All spectators wishing to participate in the official player autograph activities may only do so within the designated exclusive areas demarcated by the Event Organizer. During the activity, all spectators shall strictly abide by the on-site management regulations, comply with the unified guidance, arrangement and management of on-site staff and security personnel. Crowding, pushing, making noise, loitering, cutting in line, or any other acts that disrupt on-site order are prohibited. All participants shall jointly maintain a safe and orderly event environment.
(26) 赛事现场互动区各类体验、互动活动，均由观众自愿、自发选择参与。观众在参与活动前，已充分知晓、理解并自愿承担现场活动存在的各类潜在安全风险与意外风险，包括但不限于磕碰、碰撞、人群拥挤、场地设施风险等。观众确认系自主自愿参与现场互动活动，因个人操作不当、自身疏忽、自主行为过失等个人原因引发的人身损害、财产损失及相关一切后果，均由参与者本人自行独立承担，赛事主办方、承办方不承担任何赔偿及相关法律责任。
All on-site interactive zone activities are voluntary. By participating, spectators fully acknowledge and voluntarily assume all potential and incidental risks, including without limitation injuries, collisions, crowd congestion and venue facility-related hazards. Spectator participation is entirely voluntary. Any personal injury, property loss or other liabilities resulting from individual negligence, improper conduct or personal fault shall be borne exclusively by the participating spectator. The Event Organizer and Undertaker shall be exempt from all relevant compensation and legal liabilities.
(27) 本次赛事配套指定停车场为市场化收费场地，停车服务收费标准统一按照当地市场公允价格执行。所有驾车入场停放的车辆，均需按照公示的收费标准自觉缴纳停车费用，有序停车、依规离场。
The designated supporting parking lot for the event operates on a market-oriented charging basis. All parking fees shall be charged in accordance with the prevailing market price standard. All vehicles entering and parking at the venue shall pay parking fees in strict accordance with the publicly posted tariff standards, park in an orderly manner, and depart in compliance with relevant regulations.
